Da Panda IT Inc. (“we”, “us”) operates dapandait.com and provides IT services to businesses in the Chicagoland area. Our address is 15 E. Palatine Rd., Prospect Heights, IL 60070.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message field. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to provide services you request.
Information collected automatically. Our web host records standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
Client data. When we deliver IT services we may access systems and data belonging to our clients. That access is governed by our service agreement with that client, not by this policy.
How we use your information
To respond to inquiries, deliver and support services, send service-related communications, meet legal and contractual obligations, and secure our systems. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on third parties to operate this site and our business, including our web host and email provider. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained while a business relationship or prospective relationship exists, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal or record-keeping purposes.

This site is directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
