AI Integrations and Custom Software
Many businesses use AI as a browser tab and a monthly subscription, the same way their competitors do. The advantage comes from AI and software wired into the systems you already run, on infrastructure you control.
What we build
Software and AI That Fit How You Already Work
Every engagement starts with the same question: which repetitive work costs your team the most hours right now? We build backward from the answer.
Workflow Automation
Quote generation, invoice processing, intake, document handling and data entry between systems that were never designed to talk to each other. Routine work runs itself, and your people handle the exceptions.
Private and Self-Hosted AI
Two private options: open-weight models on hardware you own, or commercial models running inside your own Azure or AWS account under terms that bar training on your data. We size both against your data, budget and accuracy needs and tell you which fits.
Copilots and Chatbots
Assistants grounded in your documentation, pricing and processes. A customer-facing chatbot built to answer from your approved content, show the source behind each answer and hand off to a person when it cannot answer, or an internal assistant that helps staff find what they need without interrupting someone.
Custom Software and Internal Tools
Small web applications, dashboards, portals and back-office tools built for one job and built to be maintained. Built with common, well-supported tools (Python, Go, React) with a README and deployment notes you keep.
Systems Integration and APIs
The hard part is rarely the model. It is connecting to your CRM, accounting package, file server and line-of-business application without breaking any of them. That integration work is the job.
Security, Data and Governance
A data review before anything is built, with cleanup scoped where it blocks the work. Then access controls, audit logging, controls that limit what instructions hidden in documents and email can do, and clear limits on what the AI can see and do. An assistant with unrestricted file access is a breach waiting to happen.
How an Engagement Runs
No six-month discovery phase. We find one process worth automating, prove it works on real work, then expand.
Assess
We map where your team's hours go and where your data lives. You get a written list of candidate processes ranked by estimated hours saved against effort to build.
Pilot
We build the single highest-value process, scoped tight enough to deliver something working that you can judge against real work, not a demo.
Harden and hand over
Once the pilot earns its keep, we secure it, document it, train your staff and move to the next item on the list.
Project or Embedded Engineer
Forward deployed engineering
An engineer works inside your team, repos and tools to build and ship. Best when requirements will change as you learn, or the work touches many systems.
Find Out What AI Could Save You
A 30-minute call to talk through the work that eats your team’s week. If there is nothing worth automating, we will tell you.
FAQ
AI and Software Questions We Get Asked
It depends on how it is deployed, which is why this service exists. Pasting client data into a public chatbot is a real risk. A model running in your own environment or your own cloud account, under terms that bar training on your data, is a different situation. We will tell you which approach your business needs.
It can be, because a small team feels every wasted hour. The businesses that benefit most have a few people handling a high volume of repetitive work: quoting, scheduling, invoices, intake. If that is not you, we will say so.
That is not what we build toward. The realistic outcome is that your people stop spending their week on data entry and rework.
It depends on scope, and any number quoted before we understand your systems would be made up. After an assessment you get a written estimate. Pilots are scoped small on purpose, so you judge real output before committing to more.
Usually not. The work is connecting AI and new tools to the CRM, accounting package and file storage you already run. It depends on whether your current systems have an API or export, which we check during the assessment.
We come from infrastructure. The person who architects your AI integration also designs networks, firewalls and access control. AI projects often stall on integration and permissions rather than the model, and that is where we start.
